What is Tealbo?

Tealbo is an online mall different from Amazon, Walmart and Target in that we do not compete with our own vendors. Additionally, we are an online mall operator where our customers and vendors love to transact in crypto currency.

Where can I find the return’s policy?

The return policy is located in the product listings under the return policy tab.

Is it safe to shop at Tealbo?

We try our best to vet out our vendors. We do have secret shoppers shopping at the online stores to make sure we only retain quality vendors. We also collect business documents to verify their business. 

How much is delivery fee?

Each vendor will have their own delivery fee and is listed on the delivery tab of each product.

I’m a Customer, and I Have a Problem With a Product That Was Delivered, or I Haven’t Received My Delivery; What Should I Do?

Please contact the vendor directly. If problems exist, you can email us the problem, and we will try to help you resolve your issue as promptly as possible by contacting the vendor on your behalf. If the vendor is in violation of our policy, we will have them take corrective action.

What is the Return Policy?

Each vendor has their own return policy and is listed on each product under the return policy. Please check the return policy before ordering.

Does the vendor’s offer free shipping?

Shipping is dependent on the vendor. Some vendors offer free shipping if the order exceeds their free shipping minimum.

Does the Vendor Ship Internationally?

Currently Tealbo is only operating in the United States of America. We may expand internationally in the future.

Does Tealbo Accept Crypto Currency?

Tealbo is a online mall operator that accepts Crypto Currency

Does the vendors on Tealbo accept all crypto currency?

Our Vendors only accept the 10 partnered crypto currency at this time. They are as follows: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, Solana, Stellar, Ton, Dogecoin, Monero, Litecoin, and Dash.

How does payment with Cryptocurrency work?

At check out, choose pay with crypto currency powered by NowPayments. Select the crypto currency you are paying with and send money from your wallet to the wallet on screen.

Does it work with any wallet?

Yes, it should work with any wallet.

Are there any vendors that does not accept Crypto Currency?

No, our online mall is specialized in the Crypto space. All our vendors accepts Crypto payment.

Euthereum (ETH) is a very popular cryptocurrency, how come Tealbo’s Vendors don’t accept ETH?

ETH has too high of a fee to be used as a form of trade. ETH is an investment grade crypto which is different from cryptocurrency that can actually be used in commerce.

I have a Coinbase wallet. Can I use it to pay?

Yes. The process is the same. Just send the token/coin to the wallet at checkout.

I don’t hold any of the listed crypto but I want to use crypto to pay. How can I do it?

We are in talks with Changelly and in the future you will be able to change the usd, btc, or other crypto into one of the accepted crypto.
